  • 1758 – September 29th

    Horatio (Horace) Nelson born in this parsonage in Burnham Thorpe, Norfolk.

  • 1767 – December 26th

    The death of Nelson’s mother, Catherine, aged forty-two (Nelson himself was nine).

    Nelson goes to school in Norwich.
